Who We Are
The Sons of the American Legion (SAL) Squadron 271 of the Palm Beach County in Florida is a proud group of individuals who honor the service and sacrifice of veterans by continuing their legacy of service. Open to the male descendants of veterans, the Sons work closely with Legionnaires and Auxiliary members to support community programs, veterans’ initiatives, and patriotic events that enrich the Palm Beach area. Their contributions reflect a deep respect for those who served, as well as a commitment to making a positive difference in their community.
Monthly Meetings
The Florida Sons of The American Legion Squad 271 meets once every month on the second Thursday at 7:00 pm. Are you interested in joining? Come to a meeting and learn about us.
Who can Join
You must be one of the following:

The male descendant (including stepsons and adopted sons) of a current member of The American Legion.

The male descendant of a veteran who served from December 7, 1941 to today.

The male descendant of a veteran who died after his/her honorable discharge from any service from December 7, 1941 to today.
